Discord automatic publishing on IntraOS

IntraOS's automatic publishing feature allows you to automate content sharing on Discord servers through Alessia Bot, simplifying communication management and ensuring constant community updates without manual intervention.

Requirements 

• Must be the creator of the server

How to access automatic publishing

• Log in to your IntraOS account 

• In the left menu, select Alessia Bot

• Click Discord and select the server to open server settings

• Select Automatic Publishing to access the configuration

• Now when you write something in that channel, Alessia Bot will publish it automatically.

The automatic publishing page offers essential controls to customize system operation:

• Service activation: ability to enable or disable automatic publishing completely based on current needs

• Error server selection: configuration of the specific Discord server where Alessia will send any error messages or system notifications

It's essential to keep in mind that automatic publishing works exclusively in announcement channels of the Discord server. This limitation ensures that automatic content is published in spaces dedicated to official communication, maintaining organized server structure and respecting Discord usage conventions.
