How to link Whatsapp to your IntraOS account

Link your phone number to IntraOS in just a few steps to enable messaging services and smart features within the application.
Where to find it

• Log in to your IntraOS account
• Click your profile icon → Settings → Social Network

How to use it

Method 1 - From the WhatsApp box

1. Click Connect in the WhatsApp box.
2. Copy the message generated by the system (example: !linkIntraOS 14 $ 375j542f-7bd8-5g8s-fdjk-e64b3d04g702).
3. Send the copied message in the IntraMind WhatsApp group, or in a private chat to Alessia Bot.
4. Wait for the confirmation reply.
5. Go back to IntraOS and verify that the status shows Connected.

Method 2 - From the chat with Alessia Bot

1. Send Alessia Bot a private message with the command !linkIntraOS.
2. Click the link that Alessia Bot sends you.
3. Log in to your IntraOS account, if required.

Note: the link sent by Alessia Bot is valid for one hour and can only be used once.
