Managing Notifications on IntraOS
Keeping control over the communications you receive is simple. You can decide which alerts to view directly from your profile settings.

Easily manage where and how you receive important updates regarding your account, courses, and news.

- Log in to your IntraOS account.
- Click on your profile icon.
- Select Settings → Privacy.
- Choose where to receive notifications: via email, through push notifications on IntraOS, or turn off both options.
- Customize your preferences for the following categories:
- Anonymous questions: Notifications for received questions and replies to questions.
- IntraLearn: Notifications for new comments and newly published courses.
- News and marketing: Notifications for marketing offers and newsletters.
- Alessia Bot: Notifications for platform status changes and coin rewards for votes, bumps, and reviews.
- Brave:
- Go to brave://settings/privacy
- enable the option labeled, "Use Google services for push messaging"
- iOS:
- REQUIREMENT: iOS or iPadOS version 16.4 or later
- The user to install the web application shortcut to their Home Screen using the Share menu in Safari
- A user generated action is required to activate the permission prompt on the web application installed on the Home Screen
The Safari web browser needs the web push notification features enabled. To do this, go to Settings › Safari › Advanced › Experimental Features. There you can enable Notifications and Push API.
