Server Rules Configuration

Configure how the bot delivers the rules to members when they use the !rules command.

Requirements

• Must be the creator of the server​

Where to find it

• Log in to your IntraOS account
• On the left menù click Alessia Bot → Discord
• Then click Server Rules 

How to use it

• Rules: Enter the main text of your rules in the top field.
• Embed Title: Give the box a title (e.g., "Welcome to the server!").
• Embed Color: Select the color for the message's side bar.
• Description: Add descriptive text for the body of the embed.
• Thumbnail URL: Insert a URL link to show a small image in the top right corner.
• Embed Fields (optional): Click Add Field to create specific sections. You can enter:ù
• A Name
• A Value for each field.
• Inline: Check this box if you want multiple fields to appear side-by-side on the same line.
• Save: Click the blue button at the bottom right to confirm your changes.

Please Note

• Embed fields are optional. If left empty, the rules will be sent as standard text without the colored box.
• You can see a real-time preview of the message in the "Message Preview" section.
