The Content format Manager gives you full control over both planned and completed content, centralizing all your content management tasks in one intuitive area. This section lets you clearly prioritize, track, and organize every step of your content creation process.
Requirements
- Have an active free trial
or
Have purchased at least the PLUS license - Have completed the setup of the Creator Console AI
- Log in to your IntraOS account
- In the side menu, click Creator Console AI → Format Manager
Content table: See at a glance all your scheduled and completed content, sorted by status and priority.
Add new content: Click the Add button and fill in the following fields:
Content title
Detailed description
Category (only categories set during configuration will appear)
Associated tags
Assigned priority
Advanced content management: You can duplicate, delete, and edit any content item, keeping your editorial calendar precise and up to date.
