Format suggestion engine on IntraOS

The format suggestion engine represents one of the advanced features of IntraOS's Creator Console AI, designed to assist content creators in generating optimized structures and formats for different content types and social platforms, with the ability to save preferred formats.

Requirements

• Have an active free trial
  or
  Have purchased at least the PLUS license
• Have completed the Creator Console AI setup

• Log in to your IntraOS account
• On the side menù click Creator Console AI → Format Suggestion Engine​

The section offers a customizable filter system to generate targeted suggestions:

1. Content type: allows you to specify the type of content for which you want format suggestions (videos, posts, stories, articles, podcasts, etc.)

2. Platform: optional filter that allows you to optimize formats for specific platforms

It's important to note that available filter options correspond exclusively to those previously set during Creator Console AI configuration, ensuring consistency with creator preferences and goals.

System usage

• Select the desired content type using the first filter

• If necessary, specify the target platform through the optional filter

• Click the Generate button to activate artificial intelligence

• The system will process the entered parameters and provide personalized format suggestions

Once formats are generated, you have the ability to save the most interesting ones for future use:

• Like system: click the like icon on formats you want to keep

• Format manager: formats marked with likes will be automatically saved in the "Format Manager" section for quick and organized consultation.
