• License: IntraMind grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Alessia Bot in accordance with these Terms of Service. You may not modify, distribute, sell, or lease any portion of Alessia Bot without our express written consent.
• Intellectual property: all rights, title, and interest in Alessia Bot, including the content, software, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by IntraMind or its licensors. You are not granted any rights or licenses to such intellectual property rights except as expressly set forth in these Terms of Service.
• Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, IntraMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of the use or inability to use Alessia Bot.
• Modifications to Service and Terms: IntraMind reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Alessia Bot or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to users or third parties for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations. Similarly, we reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and if significant, we will notify you through our services or other appropriate means. Your continued use of Alessia Bot after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
• Termination: we may suspend or terminate your access to Alessia Bot at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms of Service or for any other reason. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive will remain in full force and effect.
• Governing Law: these Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
