What does the command !makeAdmin do on Whatsapp?

This command allows you to assign administrator privileges to one or more users within a group. Administrators can use this command to delegate some group management responsibilities to other users.

There are two methods to use this command:

1. Type !makeAdmin followed by the tag of the person you want to make an administrator.
2. Type !makeAdmin in response to a message from the person you want to make an administrator.
