What does the command !pin do on Telegram?

The !pin command allows authorized users to pin a message within a chat.
This feature is useful for highlighting important announcements, community rules, or reference information.

Requirements

• Alessia Bot MUST have all necessary permissions to execute the command.
• The user who wants to use the command MUST also have at least the same permissions as Alessia Bot.

How to use it
