Requirements
- Alessia Bot MUST have the necessary permissions to promote members within the group for this command to function correctly.
- The user wishing to use the command MUST possess at least the same permissions as Alessia Bot.
How to use
To use the !changeAdminTitle command, the user whose title you want to change must first be made an admin by Alessia using the !makeAdmin command.
