How IntraMind's Secure Payment Works

IntraMind offers a Secure Payment service to ensure maximum security during your transactions. This service acts as a trusted intermediary between you and the professional, ensuring payment is only released upon job completion.

To use Secure Payment, you must follow these steps:

1. Open a ticket on our server Discord to requesting the service.

2. Pay a small commission for activation.

Once the service is activated, the procedure is as follows:

1. You will make the total payment directly to IntraMind's company account.

2. IntraMind will hold the funds in secure escrow.

3. The payment will be forwarded to the professional only after you have confirmed receipt and delivery of the work.

In the unfortunate event that the professional fails to deliver the work (non-delivery), IntraMind protects you.

We will refund the total amount you paid.

Important note: In the event of a refund for non-delivery, the initial service commission will be retained and will not be refunded.
