What is Secure Payment?

To use our Secure Payment service, follow these steps:

1. Open a Ticket
• Create a new ticket on our Discord server and specify that you would like to use the Secure Payment service.
2. Make the Payment
• Once your request is approved, you will receive payment instructions. Please make the payment directly to IntraMind's designated company account.
3. We Hold Your Funds
• Your payment will be held in escrow until the work is completed to your satisfaction.
4. Work Delivered
• Once you confirm that the work has been delivered and meets your requirements, we will release the payment to the professional.
5. Refund Policy
• If the professional fails to deliver the work or if the work is not up to your standards, we will issue a full refund, minus our service fee.
