Workspace configuration represents the essential first step for implementing a professional and structured environment on IntraOS, allowing you to centralize all identifying, legal, and contact information of your company in a single dedicated section.

THIS PRODUCT IS CURRENTLY IN BETA, SO THERE MAY BE SOME CHANGES IN THE FIRST OFFICIAL VERSION.

Access requirements

To access Workspace configuration, you must meet specific requirements:

  • Business Account: your IntraOS account must be of Business type

  • Decision-making authority: you must be the business owner or possess an explicit delegation from the owner (recommended to avoid legal implications)

How to access configurationConfiguration structure

Configuration is organized in two main areas, to be completed sequentially:

Area 1: Basic Information

This section allows entry of company identifying and legal data, divided into two subsections:

Basic information
  • Company name / Legal name: official registered denomination

  • Trade name (DBA): name under which the company operates commercially

  • Acronym or abbreviation: identifying abbreviation of the company

  • Internal identification code: personalized code for internal use

  • Business logo: upload the company logo image

  • Business cover image: representative image of the company

  • Slogan / Tagline: descriptive phrase of the company or its purpose

  • Business primary language: choose between English or Italian as reference language

Legal classification
  • Legal form: select the legal structure (Limited liability, Public company, PLC, Partnership, Sole proprietorship, Cooperative, European company, Association, Foundation, Branch, Representative office, Consortium, Public entity, Other)

  • Business partner category: specify whether Natural person or Legal entity

  • Business type: classify company as Startup, SME, Multinational, or Independent

  • Operating status: indicate whether company is Active, Inactive, in liquidation, or suspended

Once all data is completed, click Save and then Next to proceed to the second area.

Area 2: Location and Contacts

This section allows entry of physical locations and main contact data for the company:

Location and contacts
  • Address: street and building number of the location

  • Postal code: postal code

  • City: municipality reference

  • Province: administrative province

  • Country: nation where the location is situated

Main contacts
  • Main telephone: general company telephone number

  • Official website: company website URL

  • Main email: general contact email address

  • Human resources email: email dedicated to the human resources department

After completing all contact data, click Save and then Complete to finish configuration.

Once Workspace configuration is complete, you'll have access to several additional features:

This initial configuration represents the fundamental foundation for fully leveraging all organizational and management features available on IntraOS for your business.
