Managing your workspace's employee list

View team members, manage roles, and invite new colleagues in IntraOS

The Employee List is your central directory for seeing who is part of your Workspace and managing permissions. To use this feature, you must be a member of the workspace.

How to access the employee list
  1. Log in to your IntraOS account

  2. In the side menu, click on Workspace.

  3. Select the Employee List option from the submenu.

Once you access the list, the actions you can perform depend on your role (Administrator or Employee).

Features for Administrators

If you have the Administrator role within the Workspace, you have full access to member management. You can:

  • View the complete list of employees.

  • Consult the email and role (e.g., Administrator, Employee) of each member.

  • Open a user's Employee Card to view additional details.

  • Remove a member from the Workspace.

  • Transfer ownership of the Workspace to another user.

Inviting new colleagues

Administrators can expand the team using the Invite Colleague section:

  1. Within the Employee List, locate the "Invite Colleague" section.

  2. Enter the email address of the person you wish to invite.

  3. Send the invitation. The person will receive an email with instructions to join the Workspace.

Features for Employees

If you have the Employee role, you can use the Employee List to look up information about your colleagues. You can:

  • View the complete list of employees in the Workspace.

  • See the email and role of each member.

  • Open a user's Employee Card to view details.
